What should I bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. I provide all necessary equipment.
How long are the training sessions?
1-on-1 sessions are 60 minutes. Group sessions are 45 minutes. Online coaching check-ins are 30 minutes.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! Just give me 24 hours notice and we can reschedule at no charge.
Do you offer package deals?
